Clear expectations for delivery across Bangladesh and how returns work.
Delivery options
- Standard: 3–5 days in major cities, 4–7 days elsewhere. ৳80 — free on orders ৳2,000+ (Dhaka).
- Express (Dhaka): 1–2 days for ৳120.
Cash on delivery
Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready when possible.
Returns
- Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
- Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
- Opened cosmetics generally cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
